The concrete can last a lifetime. The wood probably won't. Spruce has a lifespan of 5 to 10 years, depending on weather conditions, treatment and ventilation. With Douglas fir it is 10 to 15 years and with hardwood it is 15 to 25 years.

All concrete elements have 10mm rubber pads at the bottom. So your furniture stands better and does not damage the terrace.

The maintenance of the planks depends on taste; if you do nothing to the wood, it will gray under the influence of weather conditions. Many people find this beautiful. For longevity, it is important to keep the boards free of moss and algae. It helps to lightly sand the boards every spring to keep algae and moss at bay.
If you want to prevent graying, there are a variety of varnishes and oils. If you want to preserve the natural color, we recommend the bangkirai or garden wood oil from Remmers for hardwood. For douglas and spruce we recommend Remmers Aqua HSL/35/m.
Sand lightly every spring and apply with roller.

You can paint the concrete elements with concrete paint.

All Rock Products products are modular. They consist, as it were, of building blocks. The components are small to transport and can therefore be taken by stairs or elevator to the desired location. There we complete the furniture.

Yes you can; you can buy the sofa in separate parts. We will provide you with an instruction manual to assist you. All you need is a drill bit 6, wrench 13, a store hook and a folding ruler.

There is no limit to the desired width. The wood we use is usually not much longer than 5 meters. If you want a longer bench that 5 meters we extend the boards invisibly into the concrete legs. Every 2 meters an intermediate leg will have to be used. In the backrest, unfortunately we cannot do the lengthening of the planks invisibly.

In the bottom of all concrete elements there is a provision to screw in a long threaded rod. You can countersink this threaded rod into the ground so the furniture will definitely stay where you want it to!
